My two questions to Dell were - whyĭid it work for 1+ years running Windows 10? why would you make a computer (or computers) that would not be able to upgrade? I don't think any other make of computer had/has this problem of incompatibility. I looked up Dell Computers on my phone and sure enough my 2320 All-in-One was one of the Dell computers that was not compatible with Windows 10. Home, having left my Dell at Microsoft to be restored back to Windows 7. I was so mad, but what could I do? I'm not a computer wiz!! I returned They had no reply for me except that they could restore me back to Windows 7 and that was all that they could do. I said to myself (and outloud) what the heckĪre you talking about? It has worked for over a year running Windows 10. I took it over to the Microsoft Store and they told me that my Dell was one of the Dell's that was not compatible with Windows 10. Then in Jan 2017 my computer would NOT work. I upgraded to Windows 10 (free upgrade) in about 2015-2016 (?).Īll went well and I was very happy.
I have a Dell 2320 All-in-One purchased in March 2012. I guess this goes for Precision Workstation also. Jerry - There are some Dell Computers that are not capable of running Windows 10.
